Do you fancy a Wok? Now you can with the Soy Sauce by HSN!
Soy Sauce by FoodSeries is a classic sauce from Asian cuisine, especially in China, Japan and Korea, where it is commonly used in all kinds of dishes and culinary preparations. At HSN, we bring you the traditional preparation of authentic soy sauce, but in a revamped, fitness version, very low in calories and free of sugars and fats.
Traditional soy sauce is made by using fermented soybean paste and a normally glutinous cereal such as wheat. This is the method we follow at HSN to achieve not only a fitness recipe that you can use frequently in your diet, but also a version that is identical to the traditional taste of authentic soy sauce.
Soy Sauce by FoodSeries is suitable for low-fat and low-carbohydrate diets, including keto diets. It is also suitable for vegan diets, and although it is not a low-salt sauce, its salt content is lower than other soy sauces on the market.
Made with quality ingredients, delicious and suitable for diets
No sugar, no fat. A sauce suitable for all types of diets
One of the downsides of traditional soy sauce is that large amounts of sugar are used in its fermentation, and although fats are not normally used, in certain preparations low-quality vegetable oils are emulsified to improve the consistency of the soy sauce.
At HSN, we reject these methods and are proud to offer a much more natural and healthier sauce, with lower amounts of sugar. Only the minimum necessary to act as a substrate for the fermentation of the original soybean paste, resulting in only 0.3g of sugars per 100g of sauce. It is therefore considered a sugar-free product, where one serving provides an insignificant amount of sugar.
You can use soy sauce whatever your dietary approach, from low-carb diets to low-fat diets. You can use soy sauce to cook your favourite dishes with hardly any added calories, conveniently and easily.
No animal ingredients. Suitable for vegan diets
In the preparation of the soy sauce, we have not used any ingredients or additives of animal origin, so the result of the sauce is a 100% plant-based sauce based on soy. This makes it the perfect accompaniment for vegetarian and vegan dishes, especially those inspired by Asian cuisine.
Reduced salt content. Intense flavour thanks to its concentration of soy beans
Commercial soy sauces are overly salted.
This is because many companies prepare low-quality soy sauces with small amounts of soybeans, which means that if huge amounts of salt are not used, the sauce has a watery and weak taste.
Our soy sauce is made with real fermented soy beans, which allows it to develop an intense umami flavour in a natural way, without the need to add large amounts of salt.
That's why our soy sauce contains up to 87% less salt than the best-selling commercial sauce in the western market.
A much better sauce for combining with all kinds of recipes, highlighting and enhancing their flavour, and not just adding salt.
Liquid consistency, ideal for cooking or serving as a side dish
If you have never used soy sauce before, you might expect a thick consistency like ketchup, but nothing could be further from the truth!
The natural soy sauce is completely liquid, that is why it is used as a cooking ingredient, thanks to the presence of fermented soy, when added to a pan where vegetables or noodles are being sautéed, it caramelises, giving an excellent result, with an intense and delicious flavour.
Another way to serve the product is as an accompaniment to the dish in a small bowl, a very common practice in the consumption of preparations such as gyozas.
We use the best ingredients and much more environmentally friendly packaging

Umami flavour, the hallmark of soy sauce, how does it taste?
Soy sauce is characterised by its umami taste. It is a taste that is present in red meat, tomatoes, tuna and soy sauce as one of the greatest exponents of the flavour.
