Yoghurt Sauce by FoodSeries is one of the new additions to the HSN store's healthy eating catalogue to offer you more variety and richness to your diet so that you can enjoy taking care of your diet better than ever.
It is made from real semi-skimmed yoghurt. This sauce is inspired by the traditional yoghurt sauce recipes of Iranian, Turkish and Greek cuisine. We follow the traditional recipe but revamped, to reduce its calorie content as much as possible and to allow it to be enjoyed on all types of diets.

Tzatziki is a Greek yoghurt sauce recipe that can even be eaten as a cold soup in summer. HSN's sauce is based on the traditional Greek Tzatziki or Turkish cacik recipe, but without the cucumber that usually accompanies it.
The renewal of the recipe is an improvement in terms of nutritional contribution, as we have managed to keep its traditional flavour to the maximum, while keeping its calorie content to a minimum. It provides only 3 kilocalories per serving, resulting in a calorie content that is perfectly adaptable to all dietary preferences, including the most calorie, fat and sugar-restricted diets.
