Pea Protein Isolate 2.0 2kg - EssentialSeries

This food preparation is made from 100% peas, making it perfect for anyone that's lactose intolerant, allergic to gluten, or following a vegetarian diet. This protein powder is extremely versatile and can be used both in shakes and a variety of recipes.

In every 100g of HSN Pea Protein Isolate 2.0, you'll find 84g of protein. It also has a similar amino acid profile to other whey and meat sources, making it a great protein alternative.

Flavour System for Vegetable Proteins 200g - FlavourSeries

This flavouring is perfect for vegans as it's been developed especially for use with plant proteins. Our R&D&I team have developed the perfect flavours for plant proteins. Taking into consideration the unique characteristics of each.

It's worth noting that all flavourings in this pack contain less than 5kcal, meaning the nutritional values of your protein are virtually untouched. It also works great in recipes, adding flavour and surprising your guests.

• To make a shake, mix 1 x 70ml (30g) serving of Pea Protein Isolate, 1 x 5ml (3g) serving of the Flavour System for Vegetable Proteins, and 200-250ml of skimmed milk, vegetable milk or water.

Protein Yoghurt:

Ingredients

• 60-80g Pea Protein Isolate 2.0.
• 2 servings Flavour System for Vegetable Proteins.
• 6-12g Xanthan Gum.
• 1 litre plant milk.
• 1 natural, sugar-free non-dairy yoghurt.

Preparation:

• Put the plant milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, turn it off, then set it aside.
• Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with a whisk until no lumps remain.
• Place the mixture in glass jars and stick them in the oven, pre-heated to 100º, and then turn it off. Leave the jars in the oven with the residual heat for at least 8 hours.
• Then, put them the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
