Native Casein (Lacprodan®MicelPure™) by RawSeries is a protein produced using a native production process. Instead of being obtained from the whey separation process for the production of cheese and other dairy products, it is produced directly from fresh milk.

Caseins are obtained by separating the Whey from the native milk, and from these caseins the protein (casein) powder is obtained.
This process is not the best, as the protein starts to move away from what is a natural preparation, and in the end, it is a preparation of a preparation in turn.

Despite popular belief, 'regular' proteins are not easily miscible in liquid, let alone ready to be poured into water or milk and mixed with a shaker.

What is this protein recommended for? Native Casein before bedtime
Native Casein (Lacprodan®MicelPure™) is a slow-release protein due to its micellar structure.
The ideal time to use it is before bedtime, or if you don't want to use it at this time, it is the ideal protein to cope with a long day without food, i.e.:
Casein is the best protein before bedtime or for consumption between meals several hours apart.
It is not a suitable protein for use around training. For this purpose, it is better to purchase an alternative protein with a faster absorption rate, such as Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate.
How to prepare Native Micellar Casein?
You can combine it with any other food supplement, such as Glutamine Powder or Creatine Monohydrate Powder.
