Easy to dissolve and mixing it with another chocolate protein that I bought earlier or with orange flavored essential amino acids is easy to take and almost completely disguises its taste... but if you do not mix it with another product and drink this Leucine by itself it has a really insufferable taste. You have to make a great effort to drink it, you have to mix it with another product if at all.
