I had never tried citrulline but it turns out that it is very noticeable whether you take it or not in the pre-workout, you feel the muscles more swollen because it brings more blood to them, so you nourish and oxygenate them better.

I love this product, it is very effective in workouts of no more than two hours. After two hours you notice that the effect decreases, but it is quite good and in powder form much better than in pills.
