Very complete

Very very complete product. Unique combination of ingredients on the market. It is the most complete I have found, and it is a great help to be able to take all these ingredients in one convenient capsule, instead of taking several capsules of different supplements a day. Highly recommended.

Fairly balanced in its ingredients

Good amount of group B, well in the minerals it contains, including manganese, which is less common in other products. 100% in vitamin A and quite a lot of E. The only thing I would take away is Iron, which, according to scientific studies I have read, is not necessary to supplement in men and on the other hand, to exceed is counterproductive.

Buena cantidad del grupo B, bien en los minerales que trae, incluyendo el manganeso, menos habitual en otros productos. 100% en vit. A y bastante de E. Lo único que le quitaría es el Hierro, que por estudios científicos que he leído es poco necesario suplementar en hombres y en cambio excederse es contraproducente.
