I am very happy with the product. It is a very complete multivitamin. The packaging is large but it is not uncomfortable to store it, it has a perfect size. The pills are a normal size, I especially like the fact that I take one pill a day, it is much more convenient.

This is the second bottle I have bought. I can't say I've noticed a rush of anything, but it's true that in the time of spring asthenia and with the high requirement of sport, the mood can go down. I try to cover that need with this multivitamin, at 7 cents a capsule it's not money, it's worth it. I also see no risk of hypervitaminosis by taking the recommended daily amount.
Es el segundo bote que compro. No puedo decir que note un subidón de nada, pero es verdad que en la época de astenia primaveral y con el alto requerimiento del deporte, el ánimo puede bajar. Intento cubrir esa necesidad con este multivitaminico, a 7 céntimos la cápsula no es dinero, merece la pena. Tampoco veo riesgo de hipervitaminosis tomando la cantidad diaria recomendada.
