Good amount of group B, well in the minerals it contains, including manganese, which is less common in other products. 100% in vitamin A and quite a lot of E. The only thing I would take away is Iron, which, according to scientific studies I have read, is not necessary to supplement in men and on the other hand, to exceed is counterproductive.
