This is the second bottle I have bought. I can't say I've noticed a rush of anything, but it's true that in the time of spring asthenia and with the high requirement of sport, the mood can go down. I try to cover that need with this multivitamin, at 7 cents a capsule it's not money, it's worth it. I also see no risk of hypervitaminosis by taking the recommended daily amount.

Intento cubrir esa necesidad con este multivitaminico, a 7 céntimos la cápsula no es dinero, merece la pena. Tampoco veo riesgo de hipervitaminosis tomando la cantidad diaria recomendada.
