It came as a gift for making a large purchase. The bottle comes almost empty, it is more bottle than vitamins, but if you look at the capsules it comes with it matches what you get, the size doesn't matter.

Since I started taking evovits I have felt much more energetic, although if I had to put a downside it would be the possibility of having it in powder form for those of us who have problems swallowing pills.
