I finished the first bottle of 120 capsules and I bought it again. The intake of one capsule daily, as recommended, ensures that I cover the vitamin deficits and the truth is that I notice great changes in my body; healthier skin, stronger hair and nails, as well as feeling more protected against temperature changes for the winter. This is the first time I buy this multivitamin. I usually buy the specific one for men and women, but they were out of stock, so we have decided to try at home, both my partner and I, this HSN format, as it looks very complete.
