It works well for me. I take it along with other supplements and, I don't know if it's because of this one, but I feel more vital. My blood tests have also been perfect, after several previous ones with some deficiencies.

Multivitamins

Occasionally I take a multivitamin if I am sick or in a season when I can't eat much. These have worked quite well for me, I will repeat.

De vez en cuando me tomo un multivitamonas si me encuentro enfermo o estoy en una temporada que no puedo comer mucho. EStas me han funcionado bastante bien, repetiré.

I have found these vitamins to be quite good, I am always a little bit low and down and with this one I have had a pretty good spring since it is usually the time that affects me the most with the change of season. I will buy them again for sure.

Me han parecido bastante buenas esta vitaminas, siempre estoy un poquito bajo, decaído y con esta he pasado una primavera bastante buena ya que suele ser la época que con el cambio de estación me afecta mas. Volveré a comprarlas seguro.
