Fructose powder
Good product
Good product for bike training of more than 1 hour of intensity. I combine it with Maltodextrin (2 parts) and Fructose (1 part) all from HSN. It dissolves well in the bottle of water but I advise to pour in parts and stir well so there are no lumps. 100% recommendable.
Recomendable 100%.

Fructose powder
I mix this product with maltodextrin.
Good result, something a composition of maltodextrin with fructose according to the amount of hours of training more than 3 hours I prepare 2 vials of these two products and so far very well, I have replaced them by the gels that are more cumbersome.

Fructose powder
Good contribution
I have tried several and I think this fructose integrates really well as well as the malt. They dissolve perfectly and improve hydration with the same amount of water compared to others. I value the neutral flavor, to add the one that is to your liking.
