I am delighted
My sports drinks are turning out delicious thanks to the malt and fructose, plus the flavoring. I'm not going back to store-bought sports drinks, especially since I have to watch my potassium intake.

A really good product
A perfect, high-quality product. Very easy to use and store. The only downside I'd mention is that the bag is too big—at least for the 2-kg product, it's too large.
Producto perfecto y bueno.

Powdered fructose
I bought it to mix with maltodextrin in a custom ratio. It dissolves very well, tastes good, and lets me make a sports drink tailored to my needs.

Fructose to mix with maltodextrin
For the past few years, I've been making my own homemade fructose and maltose gels, and now that I know the right proportions, everything's going great—no stomach problems, and the gels cost just 20 or 30 cents.

I always say this. It's a must-have for me when I go out to train, especially on long runs.
Siempre repito.

Fructose powder
Very good
HSN fructose has worked really well for me. It has no taste, dissolves easily, and I mix it with protein or water without any problem. In long training sessions I notice more energy and better performance, especially when the intensity increases. It’s basic, with no additives, and very cheap for the amount it comes with. If you keep an eye on your diet and use it properly, it’s a very practical and effective supplement.
