Fructose powder
Fructose
HSN Raw fructose is ideal for making your own hypotonic and isotonic gels and bottles. That's what I use it for and it works great for me. I have not tried it for sweetening. If HSN continues to maintain the price of this product I will continue to be a regular buyer.

Fructose and nothing else
I've been making my own sports drink by mixing fructose and maltodextrin for several months now and it's going great.
Llevo varios meses preparando mi propia bebida deportiva mezclando fructosa y maltodextrina y me va genial.

Fructose powder
Perfect for homemade isotonic preparations
I bought it along with maltodextrin to make my own isotonic drinks. It's very easy to make and it's very cheap compared to what the top sports brands charge. It dissolves very well in water and the taste is sweet, but neutral.
