Good tablet size, easy to use

Good value for money. I have been taking it for quite some time as a regulator and since then I am better.

Looks good

I'm just trying it, but I think it helps me with the sweet binges, if I crave but less than before, when I continue consuming it I can leave a better assessment.

Apenas lo estoy probando, pero si que creo que me ayuda con los atracones de dulce, si que me apetecen pero menos que antes, cuando lo siga consumiendo podre dejaruna valoracion mejor.

The product comes in capsules that are swallowed well. in times of definition to my I go very well to avoid losing muscle mass and especially avoids cravings between meals. also recommended to balance the ZINC.

El producto viene en capsulas que se tragan bien. en epocas de definicion a mi me van muy bien para no perder masa muscular y sobre todo evita los antojos entre comidas.Tambien recomendable para equilibrar EL ZINC.

Top satiety

Chromium Picolinate is a must if you control sugar or want to tame those sweet cravings. In my case, I noticed that it helped me stabilize glucose levels (no mid-afternoon energy dips) and reduce cravings for snacking, especially sweet things. It's not magic, you have to eat a healthy diet anyway, but it's a real support. I take it before lunch and feel more in control. Just don't.

El Picolinato de Cromo es un must si controlas el azúcar o quieres domar esos antojos dulces. En mi caso, noté que me ayudó a estabilizar los niveles de glucosa (sin bajones de energía a media tarde) y a reducir la ansiedad por picotear, especialmente lo dulce. No es magia, hay que llevar dieta sana igual pero es un apoyo real. Lo tomo antes del almuerzo y me siento más en control. Eso sí: no.

Helps to have more stable glucose and lower spikes after eating a carbohydrate meal. It is not magic but it helps to have less spikes after a carbohydrate meal, it also helps in periods of cutting back by controlling hunger.

Ayuda a tener la glucosa mas estable y con menores picos después de comer una comida con carbohidratos. No es mágico pero ayuda a tener menos picos después de una comida con carbo, también ayuda en periodos de recorte al controlar el hambre.
