Inulin powder
Effective
Taken in the morning with coffee, it prevents the 10 o'clock rush, and in the evening before going to bed, it prevents cravings or stomach cramps caused by a light dinner or fasting.

Inulin powder
Great prebiotic
Great prebiotic for intestinal health. It has a slightly sweet taste that is perfectly suitable for coffee or yogurts (the latter leaves them very creamy).

Inulin powder
Proven effectiveness
In my case, I take it for constipation problems, and it has helped me. It is true that the dosage indicated is 3/4 of the scoop, and it is a little uncomfortable because each time I take a different amount! Otherwise, I am very satisfied.
