Inulin has digestive qualities, it is prebiotic, it serves as food for the good bacteria in the intestine and also serves as a healthy and low calorie sweetener. the only thing i don't like is the bag it comes in but that's the least of it the 150 gr package fits in different jars that i had at home although the 150 gr bag could come in a jar and it would be perfect.
La inulina tiene cualidades digestivas, es prebiótica sirve como alimento para las bacterias buenas del intestino y además sirve como endulzante sano y poco calórico. lo único que no me gusta es la bolsa donde viene pero eso es lo de menos el paquete de 150 gr cabe en distintos botes que tenia en casa aunque la bolsa de 150 gr podía venir en un bote y seria perfecto
