I see it as a good product. It is useful as a prebiotic. Inulins belong to a class of dietary fibers known as fructans. Inulin enhances the growth and activities of "good" bacteria or inhibits the growth or activities of certain pathogenic bacteria. It is known that dietary supplementation with inulin reduced biomarkers of metabolic syndrome.

La inulina mejora el crecimiento y las actividades de las bacterias "buenas" o inhibe el crecimiento o las actividades de ciertas bacterias patógenas. Se conoce que la suplementación dietética con inulina redujo los biomarcadores del síndrome metabólico.

It did not have much effect

I bought it for a family member to help her transit, but it was not as effective as we thought it would be. Perhaps, in other people or in me it would have worked better.

Lo compré para un familiar y favorecer su tránsito, pero no fue tan efectivo como pensábamos. Quizás, en otras personas o en mí hubiese funcionado mejor.
