Perfect for feeding the intestine
I take it along with probiotics and it is wonderful. It is sweet and easy to add to any drink. However, if you have intestinal problems it may cause discomfort. I have times when I notice that it makes me bloated. So it is better to try it a little at a time.

It is an unflavored soluble fiber that dissolves very well in water and I suppose in other liquids such as juices or yogurts, although I have only tried it with water. In my case I didn't notice anything.
