I love the taste of this inulin, it is delicious. I use it for many things, for bread recipes, as a prebiotic, for ice cream, to sweeten etc ... but what I don't like is that if you neglect it a little it immediately becomes like a hard stone, you have to be careful and put it in an airtight jar, it should go in another type of container. It is a little expensive for the quantity it comes with.
Me encanta el sabor de esta inulina, es deliciosa. La uso para muchas cosas, para recetas de panes, como prebiótico, para helados, para edulcorar etc... pero lo que no me gusta es que si te descuidas un poco enseguida se queda como una piedra de dura, hay que tener cuidado y ponerla en un tarro hermético, debería ir en otro tipo de envase. Es un poco cara para la cantidad que trae.
