It is always present at home. It tastes great and my intestinal tract is very regulated since I take it regularly.

Fulfills its function

It has a neutral flavor that allows it to be mixed with yogurts, smoothies, juices or any type of beverage. Since I've been taking it I have much more regularity. Good product.

Inulin powder

Well

It is helping my sister with constipation, in powder form it is easier to control the amount to be taken, and it is cheaper.

Inulin powder

Good

It is an easy and healthy way to add soluble fiber. It dissolves easily and tastes good, just a touch sweet and not strong.

Inulin powder

Good product

It fulfills its function both as a source of fiber and as a light sweetener to avoid the use of artificial sweeteners.

Inulin powder

Functional prebiotic

It is a prebiotic, soluble fiber that improves the quality of our intestinal and general health as well as our microbiota by producing short-chain acids, especially butyrate, which reduces inflammation and repairs the intestine, as well as contributing to the exceptional health of the microbiota itself.

Inulin powder

Flavor ten

I love the taste of this inulin, it is delicious. I use it for many things, for bread recipes, as a prebiotic, for ice cream, to sweeten etc ... but what I don't like is that if you neglect it a little it immediately becomes like a hard stone, you have to be careful and put it in an airtight jar, it should go in another type of container. It is a little expensive for the quantity it comes with.

I have not noticed anything

The truth is that I have not noticed anything regarding this supplement. Perhaps I have not been as consistent as I should be.

Inulin powder

Excellent

I love this inulin, it's the second one I've bought. Fine, easy to digest, tastes like nothing. I use it as food for my intestinal bugs.
