Protein is super smooth, mixes really well. But Im more of the opinion that whey concentrate is the ideal choice unless youre really sensitive to lactose. 1. Its less expensive 2. Its got a more complete profile of bioactive compounds 3. It already digests super fast - making it even purer as isolate also ups the GI - insulin spikes arent really great too often.
