It is quite useful but the problem I have noticed is that since they changed the manufacturing plastic, these scoops break super easy (the handle) if you drop it or force it to break super easy.

It comes in a plastic bag. I would have found it helpful if the volume was somehow written on the scoop. This is the second time I have purchased from HSN.
