The chocolate flavor is okay, but I've tasted better. Chocolate cookies are ok. The packaging to me does not close perfectly once opened (as it does the glutamine I bought, for example) Otherwise, good price, dissolves well, and the effectiveness will have to be assessed over time but has a good composition on paper. El packaging a mí no me cierra perfectamente una vez abierto (como sí lo hace el de glutamina que compré, por ejemplo) Por lo demás, buen precio, se disuelve bien, y la efectividad habrá que valorarla con el tiempo pero tiene una buena composición sobre el papel. Me sienta bien, imagino que ayuda que no tiene lactosa de la que mi cuerpo no es muy amigo.
