Effective protein
It is better than whey protein to consume it at the last dinner if the next morning you are going to exercise on an empty stomach. I usually mix 20% whey and 80% casein (similar percentages to milk) and thus avoid fat and lactose. It's like making your own lactose-free skim milk but much more concentrated in protein.
