It's missing something, but it's good.

It tastes like Natillas, but with a slightly more intense vanilla flavor. To really stand out, it should have more citrus and toasted caramel notes. Despite that... it tastes good, dissolves properly (if you know how to use casein), and has a nice texture. Neither bland nor cloying—it’s my go-to daily staple.

Es como el sabor Natillas pero un poco más intenso en la vainilla. Para distinguirse de verdad debería tener más toque cítrico y de caramelo tostado. Pese a ello... está bueno, disuelve como es debido (si sabes cómo se usa la caseína) y texturiza bien. Ni plano ni empalagoso, caballo de batalla diario.

The flavor is stronger in casein than in Evowhey, especially when chilled. It sets better in cow’s or goat’s milk (even skim milk, though obviously better in reduced-fat and even better in whole milk) than in plant-based milk. The flavor is much better than vanilla or crema catalana—it’s more intense—and with a little extra cinnamon and rolled oats, it makes for a perfect dessert.

El sabor en caseína es más potente que en evowhey, sobre todo refrigerado. Cuaja mejor en leche de vaca o cabra (aunque sea desnatada, mejor obviamente en semi y aún más en entera) que en bebida vegetal. Sabor mucho mejor que el de vainilla o crema catalana, más intenso, y ya con un extra de canela y copos de avena queda un postre 10.

Better than its counterpart on evowhey

The flavor is more intense than that of Evowhey White Chocolate. You have to know how to mix casein properly, but this particular brand works well (plus, you can play around with the texture depending on how you prepare it—whether you stir it in with a spoon and slowly pour in the milk, or add it all at once and blend it with a blender or whisk). Highly recommended.

El sabor es más intenso que el de evowhey de chocolate blanco. La caseína hay que saber diluirla, pero la de esta marca en concreto queda bien (además puedes jugar con la textura según la prepares con cuchara y leche vertida en hilo, o de golpe pero batida con mulinex o varillas). Recomendable.
