Very useful for definition, it has its pros and cons compared to whey.

It has its pros and cons compared to whey protein. It’s true it has less flavor, it’s harder to dissolve (but it does), it’s denser and sits heavy in the stomach. But price–quality is great and it comes in handy in defining phases, I’ve taken just one scoop with water and it left me very full. Coming from whey I’ll need some time to get used to it. I recommend it.

Tiene sus ventajas y desventajas con respecto a la proteína whey. Es cierto que tiene menos sabor, le cuesta disolverse (pero lo hace), es más densa y sienta pesada en el estómago. Pero calidad/precio está genial y viene muy bien en etapas de definición, me he tomado un solo cacito con agua y me ha dejado muy saciado. Yo que vengo de la whey necesitaré un tiempo para acostumbrarme. La recomiendo.
