This is the first time I take casein, I chose the Caribbean vanilla flavor because this flavor is very good in whey protein. If you take it as a shake, it hardly tastes like anything, it is best to make it as a cream, I also add a dessert spoon of skimmed milk powder and a couple of crushed walnuts, delicious.

If you are looking for a powerful flavor, the meringue milk flavor, in my experience, falls a little short. I mix it in the evenings with the whipped cream cheese and add 20 g of casein flavored meringue milk, and as a result I get a homogeneous but subtle mixture, I recommend it if you like mild flavors.
