Very tasty to make it as a musse
With a little milk or yogurt they are incredible, in my case the cereal flavor, it's amazing how they stay, like a musse. I recommend them before going to bed.

I have tried chocolate and vanilla and they are both very tasty. I pour a doser and half the milk indicated (in my case 125 ml) and leave it overnight in the fridge for breakfast and it stays like a mousse (I like to eat more than drink hehehe) and satiate enough!
