I bought it because I had almost a year of discomfort in my arm and as a result I had limited mobility. As I know that magnesium is good for calcifications, I tried this product and in less than a month I no longer have the discomfort and I have regained mobility. This is the second bottle I am taking and I will continue with it, as it also contains B6, which I need.
