I have always taken whey protein, concentrated, iso or hydro. I have tried this slow assimilation one for dinner dessert or similar and I love it. A yogurt mousse type texture. Very smooth on the palate, dissolves well, obviously denser but with a spoon and a couple of turns is very rich and smooth, no lumps. I love it. I will repeat.
Siempre he tomado proteínas whey, concentradas, iso o hidro. He probado con esta de asimilación lenta para postre de cena o similar y me encanta. Una textura tipo mousse de yogur. Muy suave al paladar, se disuelve bien, evidentemente más densa pero con una cuchara y un par de vueltas queda muy rica y suave, sin grumos. Me encanta. Repetiré.
