Complicated digestion
All the products I consume from Hsn are perfect for me, except this time. I had been consuming the egg protein of the same brand with perfect digestion. However, with this protein digestion is impossible, generating a tremendous discomfort. Even being aware that a large percentage is casein, I find it anomalous, consuming the quantities of milk that I consume without noticing a single discomfort.
Todos los productos que consumo de Hsn son perfectos para mí, salvo en esta ocasión . Venia consumiendo la proteína de huevo de la misma marca con digestión perfecta. En cambio, con esta proteina la digestión es imposible, generando un malestar tremendo. Aún siendo consciente de que en gran porcentaje es caseina me parece anómalo , consumiendo las cantidades de leche que consumo sin notar una sola molestia .

Hay que saber que lógicamente no es tan soluble, al contener un 80 % de caseína, por eso le doy 5 estrellas , tienes que saber que es así.
Pero si decir que si la eliges por su lenta absorción, es preferible la caseina micelar, ya que es algo más soluble y sobre todo deja menos grumos.

Effective and quality product. Coming from the flavored isolate, I was wary of the taste, dissolution and digestion. Basically: -flavor: I have not tried it with water, but I have tried it with milk, yogurts, fruit smoothies and flavored oatmeal. It adapts well to the predominant flavor without problems. If you opt for milk, it is similar, so you can add a little cinnamon. Unlike certain flavors based on sweeteners, it is never cloying or disgusting, if anything it is boring. -dissolution: more expensive as it is very dense, but it does not condition the final result too much. -Digestion: no problem at all. It is true that it satiates more and gives a slight sensation of "heaviness" in the stomach, but without any problems such as gas or distensions (which the concentrates do cause me). In short, highly recommended. Unbeatable quality-price-quantity, both of the overall product and its protein content. In addition to its versatility.
Producto efectivo y de calidad. Viniendo del aislado de sabores, iba con recelo por el sabor, disolución y digestiones. Básicamente:
-sabor: no lo he probado con agua, pero sí con leche, yogures, batidos de frutas y harinas de avena de sabores. Se adapta bien al sabor predominante sin problemas. Si se opta con leche, pues es parecido, por lo que se puede agregar un poquito de canela. Al contrario que cierto sabores a base de edulcorantes, nunca llega a empalagar o asquear, si acaso a aburrir.
-disolución: más costosa al ser muy densa, pero no condiciona demasiado el resultado final.
-digestiones: sin ningún tipo de problema. Es cierto que sacia más y da ligera sensación de "pesadez" en el estómago, pero sin ningún tipo de problemas como pudieran ser gases o distensiones(que a mí sí me provocan los concentrados).
En resumen, muy recomendable. Calidad-precio-cantidad inmejorable, tanto del producto en global como de su contenido proteico. Además de su versatilidad.
