Very good product
For pre-workouts it is good, although I prefer AAKG. It is easy to take and has a good price.

Basic
I usually combine it with citrulline in pre-workout and the truth is that I notice an improvement in strength, endurance and vasodilation. I consider it a staple along with creatine, q10 omega-3 and prot.

Intra training
I use it as an intra-workout and mental clearance, since it is a vasodilator due to the nitric oxide it produces, the blood flows much better and it works great for me.

Quality
Good product. It tastes a little bitter, but bearable, if taken with water and lemon juice.
Buen producto.

Improves blood flow and muscle recovery
L-Arginine HCL is an amino acid that converts to nitric oxide in the body, which helps dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow. This can be beneficial for muscle recovery, athletic performance and cardiovascular health. In addition, it is a popular choice among athletes looking to improve their circulation and increase muscle mass.

L-arginine HCl powder
Recommended
Neutral flavor. Ideal to mix with your pre-workout. Its use is noticeable. It is also true that if you buy another preparation that already contains it, it is not necessary. But if you try it and then remove it, it is noticeable.
Sabor neutro.
