It fulfills its function and dissolves quickly. To put a downside, I prefer it more in jar format than in sachet format, since the bag is small to put the hand and take out the dose. But I understand that it is easier to store and cheaper to produce.

Taken without flavoring without any fear of taste-I have already experienced pure leucine and it is not that unbearable. The taste is definitely bitter, but if they are mixed with other already flavored products in the pre workout or nellintra, as well as with protein or eaa in the post, there is no problem with taste and consumability. Excellent solubility, zero residue and foam afloat when properly shaken. Allows limited consumption of dyes and sweeteners.

Presi senza aroma senza alcuna paura del sapore: ho già sperimentato la leucina pura e non è così insopportabile. Il sapore è sicuramente amarognolo, ma se vengono mischiati con altri prodotti già aromatizzati nel pre workout o nell'intra, così come con le proteine o eaa nel post non si riscontra alcun problema di gusto e consumabilità. Ottima solubilità, zero residui e schiuma a galla se opportunamente shakerati. Consentono di limitare il consumo di coloranti e dolcificanti.

Neutral taste is fine in my opinion

There are some people who find the taste of BCAAs unappealing, I am not of this opinion so I usually choose the unflavored version. The product tends to lower blood sugar. It is most useful if taken in the morning or early afternoon hours because towards evening it can give a little too much energy and thus disturb sleep so my advice is to take it in the morning or at least before four o'clock in the afternoon.

Ci sono persone che trovano il sapore dei BCAA poco gradevole, io non sono di questo avviso quindi solitamente scelgo la versione non aromatizzata. Il prodotto tende ad abbassare la glicemia. È molto utile se assunto il mattino o nelle prime ore pomeridiane perché verso sera può dare un po' troppa energia e quindi disturbare il sonno quindi il mio consiglio è di assumerlo il mattino o comunque prima delle quattro del pomeriggio.
