Good
I take them mainly before training and I have noticed that I have more endurance in my workouts.

Good
Pure amino acids, without flavorings, right now one of the best in terms of value for money.

Does the job
Pungent taste (as usual with BCAA's...) but in banana/soy milk/cinnamon smoothie it goes well, used during training this 2:1:1 allowed me to pass a milestone without burning out and that was the goal, so it's perfect.

Bcaa just
Who ordered in tasteless like me, should know about the very own taste. In juice spritzer (lime, grapefruit) dissolves the powder but very well. For long training sessions optimal.

Flavor...
I don't really know if it works because I already take a lot of supplements, so I wouldn't know how to evaluate its effectiveness. The taste is bad but bearable, mix it with plenty of water and never put it directly into your mouth with the meter. I've done it once because I was in a hurry and buff is not advisable. note 35/5.

Flavors
When you are already saturated with flavors. It is good to have something neutral
Cuando ya estás saturado de sabores. Es bueno disponer de algo neutro
