The BCAA'S instant neutral flavor has a bitter taste if you take it with water and it is difficult to ingest but if you combine it with some juice you can take it without problems.

I bought the "unflavored" variety and although its leucine, isoleucine and valine values are quite high, I would not repeat this variety because of its bitter taste. It is impossible for me to take it alone.

Compré la variedad "sin sabor" y a pesar de que sus valores de leucina, isoleucina y valina son bastante altos, no repetiría esta variedad por su sabor amargo. Me es imposible tomarlo sólo.
