Neutral?

In endurance sports, it fulfills its function perfectly, but the taste is not entirely neutral, it is somewhat bitter.

Good proportion

I use these amino acids together with HSN flavoring, I use them as an intra-workout drink. I have already repeated several times.

Ya he repetido varias veces.

Good support for intense training

Helps reduce fatigue and improves muscle recovery, especially in long sessions. The taste is acceptable and dissolves well. It does not work miracles, but it is noticeable if you are consistent and train intensely.

Good fast dissolving Bcaas

If you want pure Bcaas and of adequate concentration, these are undoubtedly the ideal ones, perfect post-workout with the shake and optional before training despite the taste.

Prefer map (eeaa)

Although I prefer the so-called map or eeaa, all essential amino acids I decided to try with just the branched ones. And very good value for money since with this packaging which I don't like I find it perfect to save money.

They contribute, but taste terrible

The taste is very bitter, typical of BCAAs, but they help you and give you that plus, both pre, intra, and post workout.

It will go well but it tastes like lightning alone!

It should work but if you take it without anything else to flavor it, it is horrible. If you put it together with a shake of something you can't tell.

It is well

Essential in my diet, to be taken together with creatine on an empty stomach. I prefer them unflavored as they produce a better digestion.
