Neutral flavor

It dissolves very well and since it is neutral, you can mix it with whatever you want or take it alone with water.

Needs flavor improvement

Neutral BCAAs are hard to consume because of their bitter taste, however their effectiveness is quite correct.

Ideal for post-workout recovery.

BCAAs of very good quality, they dissolve perfectly and help reduce muscle fatigue. I take them right after training and I notice a faster recovery. In addition, the flavors are quite successful, especially the watermelon. Highly recommended if you do intense workouts.

Contento. Reduces stiffness

I recently purchased this product because my stiffness between training days and rest days was lasting too long. I read that this product helped in this regard, and it has. As I expected, it reduces stiffness and helps me not to suffer so much and to be able to train better more often. It contains the essential amino acids to be able to perform a more continuous training. The taste is RAW.

Reduced wear and tear in training

I use it on my long mountain runs and I notice both less wear and tear in training and better recovery afterwards. The taste could be a little more pleasant haha.
