Good but not essential

It is an ideal supplement if you are not taking protein or creatine. Great supplement if you take it all together but not essential. Leaves a bitter and salty taste if you mix it with the protein shake.

Bitter but effective

The neutral flavor is very bitter, I mixed it in my shake and it totally killed the flavor of the protein. I will take it alone to avoid screwing up the whole flavor of the shake. Next time I will look for another option.

For testing

It's going to be a test, and if it's completely to its liking, it will be part of future orders, depending on the price we can get.
