Very satisfied.

I had read that taurine helps combat anxiety by reducing the amount of adrenalin released by the nervous system when under stress. I wanted to test the veracity of the article's advice to combine taurine (2gr per day) with vitamin B6 and foods rich in magnesium, and as far as I'm concerned, I can feel a clear difference!

J'avais lu que la taurine favorise la lutte contre l'anxiété en permettant de réduire la quantité d'adrénaline libérée par le système nerveux lorsqu'il est soumis au stress. J'ai voulu tester la véracité du contenu de l'article qui conseillait d'associer à la taurine (2gr par jour) de la vitamine B6 et des aliments riches en magnésium et en ce qui me concerne je sens une nette différence!
