It arrived home faster than expected. Dissolves well, has a neutral taste and does what it says. Ideal for me to relax before going to bed. That's just one of the benefits of taurine, the amino acid most present in the human body.

Excellent

An excellent product, I have already bought it twice. I mix it with water and drink it before training, it has no taste. There is really a lot of difference since I train taking it before, I notice much more energy.

Un producto excelente, ya lo he comprado dos veces. Lo mezclo con agua y me lo bebo antes de entrenar, no tiene ningún sabor. Realmente hay mucha diferencia desde que entreno tomándolo antes, noto mucha más energia.

Good product

Take it daily. However, I have it packaged in capsules and prefer to swallow the capsules. But you can also easily integrate it into your shake or smoothie.

Nehme es täglich. Habe es mir jedoch in Kapseln abgepackt und schlucke lieber die Kapseln. Man kann es aber auch problemlos in seinen Shake oder Smoothie integrieren
