L-taurine powder
Pure Formula
I take it more for its heart health benefits than for how it helps with gym workouts or bodybuilding. I really appreciate 100% pure formulas!

Focus and top recovery
I take it steady before training and you can feel the difference: it gives me crazy concentration without the anxiety that too much coffee gives me. Also great for muscle cramps, since I've been using it they're gone. It's cheap and does the job great.

L-taurine powder
Perfect in preworkout
Great in combination with caffeine, theanine, and tyrosine, it keeps you focused and helps dampen the side effects of caffeine. I don't know why, but unlike the other packaging the taurine one hasn't broken down for me so far, but it still remains uncomfortable for me personally.
