Vraiment très bon produit et excellente qualité. Perso j'en prends 1g le matin avant l'effort et 1g le soir au repos soit 2g/jours et c'est vraiment suffisant car la taurine est très performante.
Produit que je recommande vivement pour être endurant dans l'effort et surtout contrairement aux idées reçus la prise du soir .n'empêche pas de dormir.
