I started taking this supplement because I usually take beta-alanine during cardiovascular exercise. Since those who take beta-alanine are at risk of low taurine production, I decided to take this supplement. So I decided to take both. To my surprise, it seems to be just as, if not more, effective at reducing fatigue than beta-alanine.
Comecei a tomar este suplemento porque costumo tomar beta-alanina durante o exercício cardiovascular. Uma vez que quem toma beta-alanina corre algum risco de ter baixa produção de taurina decidi tomar este suplemento. Por isso decidi tomar os dois. Para minha surpresa parece tão ou mais eficiente a reduzir a fadiga que a beta-alanina.

Quite acceptable supplement as it only contains the product itself (taurine) without any additives. It is quite tasteless, it is hardly noticeable in water. The dosing scoop could have a longer handle, as you have to put your hand in the bag a lot.
