L-taurine powder
Great
Incredible discovery, I got it as a gift with an order and I had it dead to death, I started taking it with coffee in the morning and with the pre-workout and it is incredible the energy it gives, I have not tried it to sleep although apparently it also helps to rest, I have already ordered it again.

L-taurine powder
Good
The latter format dissolves somewhat worse, but is still just as effective.

L-taurine powder
Very good
It dissolves very fast and well, and it's as if it provides a little more energy. I mix it with creatine and it's not bad at all.
