I have a problem in my knees because of the morphology of my knees. Practically my cartilages are at the limit. I used to run on a regular basis and after 1 km I was in such pain that I couldn't go any further, I even had to drag my leg. Tengo un problema en mis rodillas por la morfología de las mismas. Prácticamente mis cartilagos están al limite.
