Good product but need to increase the dosage per pill
Chondroitin as a supplement is now commonly used to treat osteoarthritis joint disease, as is glucosamine. This is what I use it for. Chondroitin in the results indicate that it helps control knee pain. It does not remove them but it improves them. MSM helps with absorption
