At the beginning it is not noticeable

I remember starting to take it as a test and coinciding shortly after with a time of stress, I remember thinking that it did not help me to calm and improve my anxiety, but I continued taking it and I do not know if it is placebo, but I notice that anxiety has decreased and I sleep better. In terms of performance, I don't think I notice a difference, but sleeping better and going through the day without anxiety certainly helps.

Recuerdo empezar a tomarlo como prueba y coincidir al poco tiempo con una época de estrés, recuerdo que pensaba que no me ayudaba en calmar y mejorar mi ansiedad, pero lo seguí tomando y no sé si es placebo, pero si noto que la ansiedad me ha disminuido y concilio mejor el sueño. En cuanto a rendimiento, no creo que note diferencia, pero al dormir mejor y pasar el día sin ansiedad seguro que ayuda.
