It is a basic supplement to prevent hair loss, strengthen the hair and also promotes strength and growth of nails and hair. Before having a massive hair loss it is worthwhile to take this supplement. If the hair loss is already in an aggressive phase or to start noticing a change, the 1000mg is better, but otherwise the 450mg conplex is ideal to maintain the hair loss with the rest of the supplementation and multivitamins.
Es un suplemento basico para prevenir la caida del pelo, reforzar el cabello y tambien favorece la resistencia y crecimiento de uñas y cabello. Antes de tener una perdida d pelo masiva vale la pena precenir con este suplemento. Si la perdida ya es de una fase agresiva o para iniciar notar un cambio mejor la de 1000mg, pero sinó la conplex de 450mg es ideal para mantener jubto con el resto d suplementacion y multivitaminicos
