These pills are very good for hair, nails and skin. I had little volume and my hair was falling out a lot, since I have been taking them it has improved a lot. You order the big bottle and you have enough for 8 months since you only have to take one tablet.

Éstas pastillas van muy bien para el cabello, uñas y piel. Tenía poco volumen y se me caía mucho el pelo, desde que las tomo ha mejorado mucho. Pides el bote grande y tienes para 8 meses ya que solo has de tomar un comprimido.

Very good

I use it to maintain hair health and I feel that I am doing well with one pill a day. Maybe I am young and my age plays in my favor but I feel that the hair loss decreases and that the hair holds its density while before it was thinner and somewhat less populated. I don't know if it will work with advanced alopecia but for prevention and at a general level I think it is fine and the product lasts.

Lo uso para mantener la salud capilar y siento que me va bien con una pastilla al día. Igual soy joven y mi edad juega a mi favor pero siento que la caída de pelo disminuye y que el pelo aguanta su densidad mientras que antes estaba más fino y algo menos poblado. No se si funcionará con una alopecia avanzada pero para prevenir y a nivel general creo que está bien y además dura el producto.
